Changed your mind? No worries — we've got you.

We get it — sometimes things don't work out. Here's how to return or request a refund, no stress involved.

 

📦 What can I return?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

 

🔁 Can I return discounted items?

Most of our discounted items can be returned, as long as they meet our return policy:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

❗However, items marked as Final Sale, part of bundle deals, or heavily discounted clearance styles may not be eligible for return.

🛠 How do I start a return?

Email us at info@thesupermade.org with:

 

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to return

A quick reason (optional, but helps us improve)

 

We'll reply with return instructions.

Once we receive and approve the item, refunds are processed in 3–7 business days.

 

💸 Who pays for return shipping?

If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.), we'll cover it.

If you just changed your mind, you'll cover the return shipping.

 

🔁 Can I exchange an item?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at info@thesupermade.org — we'll do our best to update your item or size before it goes out.

If it's already on the way, we don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return it and place a new order for the one you want. Easy.

 

📍 Didn't receive your order yet?

Before requesting a return, check your tracking page — your package might still be in transit.

If there's no movement for over 10 business days, shoot us a message.
